The photograph above is completely fake. I took a photo of me outside, at what I thought the original time of day the photograph behind me was taken. I then composited myself into the shot, using <i>shake</i>. The original photo had my sister's boyfriend in it and I just removed him and replaced it with me. Integrated both shots so they seemed seamless. It was taken in Africa (the bg image). Cheers.
